Signal Converter/Insulator WAS4 CCC DC 4-20/4-20MA, 2-way isolator, 1-ch., input 4..20mA, output 4..20mA, 24VDC ±20%, 0..55°C, 12.5mm, Weidmüller

The externally supplied ACT20M…, ACT20P… , MAS RPS/RPSH and WAS/WAZ 4/5 signal converters/ supply isolators for transmitting, isolating and converting standardised DC current signals are optionally available in widths of 6 mm (ACT20M…), 12.5 mm (WAS/WAZ4, ACT20P…) or 17.5 mm (WAS/WAZ5…). The input and output circuits and the voltage supply are completely electrically isolated. The input signal is converted into a DC current or voltage value. WAVESERIES signal converters are optionally available with a limiting frequency of 10 Hz (WAS/ WAZ4) or 20 kHz (WAS/WAZ5) for fast signal processing.

The MAS/RPS/RPSH supply isolators can supply external 2-wire sensors (ACT20P 2-/3-wire sensors) and are optionally suitable for transmitting HART protocols (MAS RPSH, ACT20P). The 24 VDC supply voltage can be cross-connected on the module side via the CH20M BUS PROFILE (ACT20M series) or using the ZQV4N (MAS) or ZQV 2.5N (WAS/ WAZ) pluggable jumpers. International approvals such as ATEX zone 2, UL C1D2 and FM Div2 also enable use in explosive risk zones.
